I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about my journey as a creator and formulator of these products.
I am Katrina Haiges, raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. In 2017, I moved to Kansas to be with my husband. Kansas is where I first started loving the idea of making my own products that could potentially benefit people’s health.
Despite not knowing where to start, I successfully grew my knowledge for years and started putting what I learned to work in 2019/2021. In 2019 I started my journey buying many tools and ingredients I never used for over a year.
Which led to, also 2019, when I started making body butter that originally failed, and then I went on to making successful laundry detergent and soap with a coworker of mine, thanks in large to my husband’s support too.
Returning to Wisconsin in 2021, I realized I wanted to start creating to help benefit the people around me.
So, I leaned into making sugar scrub since I felt there was a lot of importance to what you’re scrubbing into your skin.
This venture quickly gained traction, leading to the official launch of my brand, Zesty Vanity, in May of 2021, and turned into, Pier T LLC, in March of 2023.
Now, you can find me or my company at 502 Buffalo Ave Sheboygan Falls, at the Marketplace.
New products of Pier T Beauty have been dropping every few weeks, lately featuring new men’s products, makeup, and new formulations of current products!
The responses of the public have been incredible, with new customers now reaching hundreds in town, not including out-of-state and overseas! This growth has allowed me to continue making new products and reaching new opportunities within the company, with the assistance of my graphic designer Scott Hayes from Graphxpro.com.
I’m grateful to have so many wonderful people supporting my small businesses and believing in my products!
